Prayer Devotional 

I'm not yet certain how to format this page.  I believe it will take some time to develop it into what I want it to be.  It's my goal to make it into something that gives glory to God and helps people.  I want people to be able to come here to find help from the one who can help, and to find encouragement.  I want them to know God answers prayers.  If your heart is right, there is no prayer you pray that will not be answered by God.  He will do it.  There is one qualification though, you need to ask according to his will.  That means, if God wants to do it, he will.

How does one know what God "wants" to do?  That's the challenge isn't it?  What does God want for you?  It's fun figuring it out?  Well, okay, it has sometimes been hard.

 I know one thing.  God is for you.

I know another thing, God looks at the big picture.  The biggest being, he wants you in heaven.  In what situation did you feel closest to God?  When you were prosperous or when you were poor?  When you were sick or when you were healthy?

God wants to be close to you.

If you say, "God leave me alone," he will.  But is that what you really want?  When you say that, you're saying, I don't want to be with you in heaven.  I don't care about the future, I only care about now.  Do you want to say, I will do this with or without you?  If you choose to do it without him, that means you choose to face the results of your action without him.  Do you want that?

If you say, "God help me."  What is he going to want the most for you? 

God wants to be close to you.

The links below will take you to the Assemblies of God prayer team.  They are a dedicated team of "prayer warriors," who will take your request to God, and whose prayers, I believe, are heard.

However, Greg and I do not see these requests.  If you specifically want to contact us you need to click "contact us" on the sidebar.  We would also be glad to pray for you, but you must remember that our first priority is Dresden, Germany.  If there's a conflict, and our time is needed here, that is what we must do.  That is our call.
